Mi casa es su casa. My house is your house. From July 14, 2010 through August 14, 2010 I will be documenting home items which are placed on the street within the following city blocks: Western Ave. eastward to Vermont Ave. and between Franklin Ave. south to Fountain Ave. in Los Angeles. This project is an investigation of how we treat our surroundings, the disposable nature of goods and the sociological and environmental implications of how we live within a community.

These girls told me about a recent exhibit they had gone to at R & R Gallery in May of 2010 with photographs of discarded sofas and chairs by British photographer Nicola Collins titled "Love Them and Leave Them".
